- We offer a full line of stationery including Save the Day reminders, Rehearsal Dinner invitations, Wedding Invitations, Shower Invitations, menus, Programs and Social Stationery for the bride.

- We have a large variety of invitations in stock that can be printed by us or you can print them at home.

- Adjustments to your registry can be made quickly.
- Each item you add is tracked so you can be sure that nothing is overlooked.
- We'll even supply registry announcement cards for enclosing with shower invitations.
Completion Discount
After your wedding, you'll receive two 10% discount certificates toward the purchase of any remaining registry items – as well as items outside your registry. You can redeem the cards anytime within one year of your wedding. Existing store credit can not be applied to the completion discount.
Friends Program
For each friend that you refer who registers at the Paula Brown Shop, we’ll send you a Referral Award valid for $50 off any purchase of $100 or more at the Paula Brown Shop. You just have to be registered first. So tell your friends! Please contact a Registry Consultant at our store for details as certain restrictions apply.
Gift Deliveries
We also offer free delivery withing 15 miles of our store. We ship via FedEx Ground or Express to any location in the continental United States for a reasonable fee. Gifts are shipped or delivered promptly. Also, we can customize the delivery process according to the bride and groom's instructions.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or merchandise credit; please see the Paula Brown Shop return policy for more details.
- Please note: Monogrammed, special orders and personalized items cannot be returned, except when due to defect. Once placed, the order for these items cannot be cancelled.

How can I register for gifts with the Paula Brown Shop?
It's easy. Simply call for a private appointment or visit our store at 912 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio.
When should I register?
We recommend registering at least six to eight months before your wedding. This allows family and friends enough time to purchase gifts for engagement parties and showers. Sometimes you will want to visit the store a few times to evaluate your registry.
How do I let my family and friends know I've registered at the Paula Brown Shop?
Registry announcement cards to enclose with shower or wedding invitations are available at our store, or you can order a supply by calling 877.841.6760.
How do I know which items to include in my registry?
Our professional staff is available to provide advice to the bride and groom.
Can I make changes to my registry after I've created it?
Yes, you can add or delete products, and change quantities at any time.
How long do registries stay active?
Your registry will remain active in our store for three years after the date of your wedding.
Where can gifts from my registry be purchased?
Gifts from your registry can be purchased online, in our store and by calling 877.841.6760.
How do I know that an item has been purchased from my registry?
When someone purchases an item from your registry online or by phone, the purchase will be noted on your registry list when the item is shipped. For store purchases, the store associate updates your registry to reflect the purchase.
Does the Paula Brown Shop have a completion program?
Within one month after your wedding, you'll receive an invitation to participate in our Completion Program, which allows you to receive a 10% discount on a two-time purchase to complete your registry. Items outside your registry may also be included.
How do I make purchases to complete my registry?
We recommend that you come into our store and work with one of our associates to complete your registry. You can add any unpurchased registry items as well as items from outside your registry. You will automatically receive a 10% discount on each complete registry certificate.
Where can my guests purchase gifts from the Paula Brown Shop Wedding & Gift Registry?
Gifts can be purchased online from our Internet site, in person at our store or by calling 877.841.6760. We recommend the personal touch.
To whom will a wedding gift be shipped?
Our registrants indicate their shipping preferences when they register. Your gift will be shipped directly to the address specified by the bride and groom.
